I called Ingrid to help me get to sleep without using sleeping pills. I had been taking sleeping pills for many years and even with the pills I was still having two to three sleepless nights a week. I knew I had to stop taking the sleeping pills. Ingrid started me with a new sleep regimen and then started to cut back on the dose of pill I was taking. In about five weeks, I was able to stop taking the sleeping pills and now I get to sleep on my own. Ingrid also helped with with problems I was having with IBS. By switching to Gluten Free products and keeping a log of everything I eat and how I feel afterwards has helped me to eliminate foods that irritate my stomach. I will be forever grateful to Ingrid for helping me with both issues.
